Taeris is a young succesfull entrepenuer with a vision for bussiness that really impress, at a very young age, he owned a store of computer games and electronic devices that was the first step of a 4 stores chain . Jaime is a Hotelier by profesion, with more than 24 years of experience in the Hospitality industry, working and directing pre openinigs and openings of big Resorts in the Dominican Republic, togheter, both shares the dream of making a company that has no equal, with an internal drive of providing benefits for all of its components.

By expecience, we were aware of the big oportunities that Punta Cana - Bavaro provide for entrepenuers like us and by 2002 we start to make some investments in the area; a lot to build an apartment complex in a project name Pueblo Bavaro; a villa, 2 stories and 545 sq. meter lot; a 12 units apartment complex in an area name Friusa were banks, stores, comercial offices are located and the jewel of the crown is our lot in El Cortesito Bavaro, 4 minutes walking to the beach, where Blue Garden Boutique Apartments is already built.

Our family of clients said..
We start our project on July 2006 and it took us until April 2008 to complete the construction the way we want and promised to our clients, up to this moment the buyers from Blue Garden are not just business partners but friends, some of them are willing to invest in our next project and make profit as they did with their units. We will continue to work hard and by June the 1st we will start to operate the project and rent the apartments for short and long stays. By its location and proximity to the ocean and other attractions in the area, this is a place to be for those that are looking for a nice place to stay.
